Looking for a breakfast, lunch, or brunch restaurant? Weck’s is the place for you. It’s been open since 1991 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and has been a favorite among many. With seven locations, you can choose which one is closest to you whether it’s  Louisiana, Osuna, Juan Tabo, Coors, San Mateo, 4th Street, or Paseo del Norte. If you’re not in Albuquerque, you can find Weck’s in Rio Rancho, Los Lunas, Los Ranchos, Santa Fe, and Farmington too!  Weck’s employs over 400 people and is open 7:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Weck’s has recently modified their menu making it easier for you to choose whatever satisfies your appetite. Weck’s has also created many gluten free options accommodating many people’s diets. Many people adore Weck’s green chile. They are also well known for their plate of “papas,” or potatoes, which people can see as soon as they walk in the door with the t-shirts the workers wear saying “got papas?”

For a smaller portion of those delicious potatoes, try the Bowl O’ Papas which consists of fresh hash browns, red or green chile, cheddar and jack cheeses, and one egg any style. People can’t get enough of it! The service is also very good. Weck’s service is described as “service with a smile.” Making the you feel welcome.

Many people do complain though that because it is such a popular place, it is very loud and hard to hear.  It can also be “a little pricey.” But other than that, the food is considered great by customers all over the state and is recommended to everyone and anyone looking for brunch.
