Months before the holidays, stores play Christmas music and look like winter wonderlands with Christmas displays. There are even radio stations that play holiday tunes all year long.  For stores to have holiday products and décor ready for Black Friday, they have to go Christmas crazy before Thanksgiving.  The holiday season is a big selling time for most stores, and the earlier they display Christmas products on shelves, the longer that selling time is. Many people also decorate their homes for Christmas before Thanksgiving.
